Roku & Apple TV app dont work!

This is to the creators of the Nickjr app for Roku & Apple TV... It never works! It wont scroll and gets stuck. I can rarely even get it to allow me to pick a show. I kept thinking after a while theyd fix it, but it doesnt seem like that will happen so I am writing this in hopes it reaches the right group.
Also- you should add a live channel option like Disney JR. My son loves Nickjr, but since the app is so terrible he doesnt get to watch it. :(
